GENERAL
・ By purchasing my services you agree on all following conditions.
・ I will refuse your commission if you do not read and / or follow these terms.
・I reserve the right to decline any sale or commission. I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissionerCLIENT
・ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
・ You may not claim the product as your own and must credit and link back to me.
・ Payment first to avoid scams.
・ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
・ I do not take refunds once I've started your commission.
・ I am allowed to post commissions as examples on other media / platforms.
・ Any form of harassment or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and may result in a blacklist.
・ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. I reserve the right to charge an NDA fee if I deem fit.
・The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.
・ If you have purchased an adopt you are allowed to make minor changes as long as the design is still recognizable as the original.
・Reselling the adopt is permitted but not for a higher price unless commissioned art is included.
・If you were gifted the adopt you cannot sell it as it will lose its monetary value.ARTIST
・ I am permitted to post the art to my gallery or portfolio.
・ I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsover.
・ I permit max three revisions. any more are subject to a fee. €5 - €15 depending on complexity.
・ Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned work for ai, cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Association with the work and said tokens is strictly prohibited
・ Tips are always greatly appreciated!COMMERCIAL
・ If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
・ The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
・ Commissions involving vtuber illustrative work are automatically subject to the 100% fee unless not posted or used publically at all.
・ Commercial fees are 100% / 200% of the original price of the commission or adoptable depending on purpose.
・ I charge a +100% commercial fee for any usage including but not limited to vtuber cms, graphics, covers, promotional artwork.
・ For entire merchandise usage, a commercial fee of +200%・ By commissioning me for my services, you have read and agreed to all terms stated above.
